Ok, ok! I’m back – for good this time!
Life in my household has been a bit crazy, but I am back now. Yay! I missed my blog and talking about my daily eats as well as workouts!
First, here are some pictures I took while at my cottage:
We sunbathed, ate, drank, played and enjoyed each others company! It was a great weekend! During the summer, we are at the lake a lot so this is what my recaps are going to look like. Could be worse, right!? 😉
Anyways, let’s talk about getting back on track.
Ever since Memorial Day weekend, I’ve been a bit of a slacker – diet and fitness wise. I could throw everything I’ve worked for away and say, ‘oh well’ or I can use it to my advantage to fully dedicate myself to getting back in the routine of things are go hard this week. I definitely like the second option better!!
So, this week I am going to:
-Gym Wednesday for cardio and weights to change it up a bit
-Shakeology 1x/day everyday
-Control portions at all meal times
-Buy a new personal development book!
What are you going to do this week to improve your food/fitness journey? Now is as good of time as any. If you got off track…don’t let it get you down, use it to improve yourself and go harder this week!
