Hello, hello, loves!
Another weekend has come to an end and I’m not ready to let it go. We had some gorgeous weather here in Ohio and it made for a great day to run errands, clean, make soup and visit my friend, Kayla.
Backing up a bit, Friday night Ashley and I stayed in and relaxed and caught up on some chick TV. We got up Saturday morning and headed to the gym where we did a metabolic circuit composed of bear crawls, sledgehammer swings, agility ladder drills, medicine ball toss and jump squats… it was awesome and challenging and I was so red afterward!
I slept in a bit on Sunday morning and then made some coffee and went to the grocery store. I wanted to make more vegetable soup, so I had to get all the goods for it. It is so easy to throw it all together and so great for lunches during the week to change it up from salad.
Speaking of salads… I snagged these great Ball jars from Target that I can use for my salad dressing. They’re perfect! I usually mix a little olive oil with apple cider vinegar and dijon mustard, so these little jars are perfect for packing!
I am wrapping this Sunday up with some Oscar red carpet, soup for dinner, blogging and relaxation – its lovely! The week ahead brings workouts, clean eats (it’s almost March!!), and some time with the girls!
Here is what workouts look like for this week:
Weekly Workout Schedule
Monday – AM Turbo + PM Renegade
Tuesday – AM Renegade
Wednesday – AM Legs
Thursday – AM Renegade
Friday – PM Arms
Saturday – Turbo
Sunday – Rest
Some food for the week includes eggs with organic ham or green smoothies for breakfast, soup or spinach salads with chicken for lunch, and spaghetti squash pasta with ground chicken, green beans with chicken, or pork and brussel sprout for dinner!
Looking forward to a week of hard workouts – I can’t wait to be sore!
I will try to check in this week – I hope your weekend was wonderful!
