You’ll never guess what I just did…. a lunch time workout! I am back, baby.
For those of you who don’t know, I went back to college and just graduated and now I have all this time back for things I missed doing – like lunch time workouts!
It felt incredible.
I have put this blog on the back burner for about two years now, trying to recover it and simply just not having a chance to sit down and write. Luckily, with my new found time, I hope to make a real return to it and help myself to reignite the workout and healthy living mojo – because it sure got buried.
Last time I wrote was almost 6 months ago to the day. I recapped some of my Summer activities, which right now, look pretty great considering its 30 degrees.
I am certainly looking forward to moving past the holidays and starting to kick it into high gear. I will say, I have enjoyed not caring like I used to – there was a time when I was a tad obsessed with what went into my mouth and getting in my workouts – probably in an unhealthy way – so the time off was enjoyable, but I miss my body and can’t wait to put the effort in to get it back!
I am going to set goals and come up with a plan and date for each goal then continue working towards them. I of course, will post my plan here, as I’ve done in the past.
