Need some motivation??
I ordered this beauty last week when Victoria’s Secret was having free shipping on swim suit orders. I love it, although I’m kind of wishing I ordered this top instead. Which do you prefer? I will see what I think once it arrives, but I may be exchanging them.
Since I’ll be wearing that in Florida in just 19 days, I’ve been keeping tabs on food and really going hard with workouts – even getting 7/7 days in last week!
Here’s the plan for the week ahead:
Being the creature of habit that I am – this week is going to look pretty similar to the last few weeks – sticking with the FIX meal plan, lot’s of Shakeology, sandwiches at lunch, and salads at dinner.
Grocery shopping on Sunday and prepping for the week is so helpful, especially when following a particular plan. While the FIX isn’t anything complicated, I still like having an idea of what’s on the menu each day.
When I get home from my workout at night, it’s about 7:00 p.m., so it’s nice having a salad already made to grab and I just have to top it with the rest of the goodies.
- spring mix
- broccoli slaw
- red pepper
- cherry tomatoes
- goat cheese
- homemade dijon dressing
For lunches, I’ve really been enjoying pita sandwiches or wraps – both of which I use Ezekiel brand.
In sticking to the calendar that I created earlier this month, this week is another mix of 21 Day FIX DVDs, Turbo, lifting (upper and lower body), elliptical intervals and abs.

Saturday – T25 Lower + HIIT Circuit
Sunday – Rest, glorious rest
Monday – FIX Cardio
I’m headed into the fitness room shortly to do the the Ultra Upper Body workout – I’m loving this routine and can really tell I’m getting stronger.
Which bikini top do you prefer? Do you have a piece of clothing that you use as motivation? Any vacations planned? Have you tried the Ezekiel Pita Pockets?
