Today starts Week 2 of the 21 Day Fix. Last Friday I created my meal plan, so that I could easily make a list and shop for groceries over the weekend.
Here’s how it looks:
While I’m following the 1200-1500 calorie guide, I also tend to add in some extra protein and veg on days that I have either hard or double workouts!
A little trick I came up with to help keep me from snacking after dinner is to whiten my teeth.
My workouts this week will include Turbo, Renegade and the FIX DVDs – just like last week. Here’s what I have planned:
Monday – Turbo
Tuesday – Fix Upper + Fix Abs
Wednesday – Renegade
Thursday – Renegade
Friday – Lower Body at the gym + Fix Cardio
Saturday – Turbo
Sunday – Happy Easter
I’m looking forward to a sweaty week and a rest day on Sunday.
