We’re mid-week, party people – how exciting!!
Let me just say – my entire body is so sore – so, so, so sore!!! From Turbo to Renegade and the FIX workouts, I’ll tell ya, I’m definitely looking forward to some good stretching and yoga come Sunday. Ouch!
Today I wanted to share some of my favorite snacks with you. Since I typically have a morning snack and an afternoon snack, I like to change things up and keep it creative. Most weeks, I’ll stick to the same kinds of things, but mix them up in different ways.
Here are some of my absolute favorites that I’m sure you’ve seen in How The Week Went Down ‘FOOD’ each week:

I typically do one snack with fruit and one without and usually my fruit one is prior to my workout – I find it holds me over the best. Also, I know that iced coffee isn’t technically a ‘snack’, but is sure is one darn good pick-me-up!
