Where did Summer go?!
Wow. I can’t believe it’s almost OCTOBER! I remember talking to Dan in March when we first started dating and discussing how excited we were for Summer activities…and now it’s over. Crazy!
I think we accomplished a lot of what we wanted to. I know I had a blast and am excited to relive some of the memories we made with you today!
Summer 2013 – Fun, Food & Fitness
We went to Detroit for a Tigers game and never made it to our seats because we were freezing!! I can’t believe how cold it was that weekend in May.
Memorial Day Weekend we headed to Chicago and my families cottage. What a great time. I want to go back to Chicago, asap!
Dan’s friend graduated and was having a party in Columbus, so we got a hotel room and had a blast with all his college buddies. I don’t even remember what this is that I was drinking.
What a blast Mandy’s bachelorette party in PIB was! They rented a cabin and there were a ton of girls there to celebrate with her – so fun!
Following that was the wedding! I want a complete re-do of their wedding. It was the most perfect day!
Our group trip to Cedar Point was mostly a huge success. We got a hotel room and spent one day at Cedar Point and one at Soak City.
We visited Dan’s family friend’s house on Lake LeAnn.
Labor Day weekend we watched football and got to go to another Tiger’s game, which was much more enjoyable and warm!
I surprised Ashley with Pole Dancing lessons for her birthday!
What a blast we had!
I decided to bring chicken back into my life after being a vegetarian for five years.
We made homemade sushi, which is the best thing, ever!

I finally found a heart rate monitor that works great for me!
I found a gym that I’m in love with and is going to change my body.
I created a ‘Get Fit’ plan.
I tossed the scale.
I started the Focused To Be Fit newsletter!
I put some things into perspective and found my happy.
Summer 2013 will go down as one of the best for many reasons. There’s going to be much for fun going on, so stay tuned and come back for more!
