Hello!!!

It’s Friday, Friday, Friday! Woohoo!

What a great day it’s been so far. My co-workers really know how to make a girl feel special. Seeing as my birthday is Sunday – Super Bowl Sunday might I add – we’re all going to lunch today and everyone has been coming up to say ‘Happy Birthday’ and even bringing gifts, which was so unexpected.

I’ll tell you, I’m sure ready to get off work and start the weekend, though! Tonight we’re hopefully going to keep it pretty low key and then a ton of people will be meeting me out on Saturday night to celebrate!

I’m so excited to announce that today is DAY 1 of the Summer Squatathon! 90 days of different sets of squats to tone the toosh before we have to put our bathing suits back on. Be sure you print the calendar or save it on your phone as a reminder. If you’re posting on Instagram or Twitter, use hashtag: #SummerSquatathon and #F2BF so we can keep our pictures together. There may or may not be a giveaway in the end! Also, take your measurements as well as before and after pictures for yourself to see your progress!

I’m totally excited about this and we have a ton of people participating, which is fun! If you’re hashtagging your pics, you might see yourself on the blog!
