Welcome to Ultimate Reset Day 1!
Just like any new regimen the first day is the easiest. I woke up excited and ready to conquer the next 21 days. Before I left for work, I drank my Mineralized water, did the Oxygenize drops and took the two Optimize capsules.
I’ve knocked out many, many ounces of mineralized lemon water. I keep hoping it’ll take this caffeine headache away, but all it’s doing is making me pee more. Nevertheless, I’m going to keep drinking it to hydrate myself and hope for the best.
Lunch was actually delicious. Or maybe I was just starving…either way, I really enjoyed the salad and even more so, the vinaigrette we made to go with it.
For dinner I get to have salmon, baby potatoes and asparagus. I’m very excited for that!

How I feel mentally: 100% ready to tackle this cleanse and anxious for day 21.
Sleepy: My eyes are a little heavy, but I’m better now than I was before lunch. I could definitely fall asleep if I were to lay down.
Hungry: I’m not hungry at all currently and only was a little before lunch – been drinking a lot of water, which is helping.
Mood: I’m alright. Really wishing this headache would subside.
How I feel physically: Like I’m full of water. I’ve been at the lemon water all day and my belly feels full of it. I also feel ten pounds heavier than I usually do.
** It should also be noted that during these 21 days the only type of workouts that are allowed are light yoga, brisk walking, and stretching. So, I apologize for the lack of my current weekly workout schedules.**
