So, I was suppose to post yesterday, but I was a little hungover…
I worked and stayed in all weekend, so Sunday when I got off work I was excited to get out of the house and meet the girls for what was suppose to be a couple drinks. I really didn’t intend to stay out late since my attire was…
I figured I’d be home by 11. Well 11 came and went and while it was a fun night, I didn’t get much sleep. That’s ok though, those random nights are always the best!
Ok, enough of that. Onto the rest of the weekend. Like I said I didn’t do much. Friday after work I popped in Chalene Johnson’s Car Smart CD. I figured these would be helpful since I have an hour commute – may as make it worthwhile, right?! I went straight to the gym and completed a little over 5 miles on the elliptical.
After that I just went home and got ready for work and hung out with my sister. Saturday when I got off work, I poured myself some red and anxiously awaited the Notre Dame game. Another BIG win!
I made it to the half and then crashed. I’m going to blame it partially on the wine – it makes me so sleepy, but mostly, I’m just a grandma!
I was super productive on Sunday and made my Meal Plan and Workout Schedule, however, Monday is wrong. I was so bummed I had to miss it but I had to help my mom out, which is fine, I’m just never available to do double classes anymore, so it stinks.
Meal Plan Week 5:
Breakfast – Grande Soy Latte + Banana
Snack – Almonds
Lunch – Spinach Salad with cranberries, pine nuts, feta, and pear
Snack – 2 hardboiled eggs
Dinner – Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
Breakfast – Coffee + Soy Milk + Agave and Shakeology
Snack – 2 Hardboiled eggs
Lunch – Progresso Lentil Soup
Snack – Ezekiel bread toasted with PB2 and jelly
Dinner – Salad and sweet potato
Breakfast – Coffee + Soy Milk + Agave and Oatmeal with blueberries
Snack – Banana
Lunch – Tuna Wrap
Snack – Carrots with Fage ‘Ranch’
Dinner – Southwest Salad
Breakfast – Pumpkin Spice Tea + 1 piece Ezekiel toast
Snack – ½ Shakeology
Lunch – Leftover Southwest Salad
Snack – Rice Cakes
Dinner – Breakfast for dinner – 3 egg whites scrambled with veggies in wheat wrap with Morningstar ‘Sausage’
Breakfast – Coffee + Soy Milk + Agave + Oatmeal
Snack – Almonds
Lunch – Shakeology
Snack – Tall soy latte + Banana
Dinner – TBD! TGIF
