I’m off today – finally!!!
I had a list a mile long of errands I needed to get done, so I was up and at em’ early this morning.
Did you see that awesome soup recipe I posted yesterday? I pretty much lived on it for lunch and dinner – it’s so good!
Over the weekend I got my workouts in everyday – woohoo! Friday night, after dinner and two glasses of wine, I was feeling like a run. I asked Ashley to come with me since it was dark out and we covered 2.5 miles around the neighborhood – I felt great! I think I might start fueling my runs with wine! 😉
Saturday night, while the soup was cooking, I did ChaLean Etreme Burn Circuit 1, my favorite!
Then, Sunday after work, Ashley and I tried Power 90. We just ordered it and it’s like Christmas when we get new workout programs delivered. Plus, I love adding to our Beachbody collection.
I didn’t really push myself too hard, so I don’t see the need for a rest day. So, here is what I have planned for the rest of the week as far as workouts and meals:

Monday: Turbo + Muscle Madness (So exited to do both again!)
Tuesday: Turbo Fire 45 + Abs
Wednesday: CX Burn Circuit 3 + 2 mile run
Thursday: Fit Club – TBD
Friday: 3 mile run + CX Extreme Abs

Snack – Shakeology on go!

Dinner – Homemade veg soup

Lunch – Homemade veg soup
Snack – Fage Plain Yogurt with PB2 and Jelly
Dinner – Tomato Basil Veggie Burger + Steamed broccoli
Breakfast – Coffee + Soy Milk + Agave and Pumpkin Oats
Snack – English Muffin with PB/banana
Lunch – Salad Bar at work
Snack – Grapes
Dinner – Whole wheat penne with tomato sauce and shrimp
Breakfast – Coffee + Soy Milk + Agave + Shakeology
Snack – Carrots with ‘Ranch’ (Plain Fage + Ranch Seasoning)
Lunch – Tuna mixed with greek yogurt on english muffin with cucumbers
Snack – Almond + Blueberries
Dinner – Salmon Salad (greens, dried cranberries, pear slices, feta, balsamic, salmon)
Breakfast – Soy Latte Day! + 2 egg white, black beans, avocado and salsa on wheat tortilla
Snack – Grapes
Lunch – Shakeology
Snack – English muffin with PB2 and ½ banana

One of my stops today was the mall to find a dress for my friend, Laura’s wedding. It was a success! I tried on a few options but ended up with this one:
This rest of this week is already booked solid with plans every night. I’m hoping that will help the week fly by. I’m giddy excited for Saturday and to see these two tie the knot!
