Good evening, friends!
How is your day going? I was off work today, so I got to sleep in, workout and run errands. When I woke up I had some coffee with my new favorite creamer as well as an English Muffin with PBJ.
After while, I got dressed in workout gear and headed downstairs for some Turbo, Fire 55 and Abs 10 – I also did squats, pushups, bicep curls, and some very necessary stretching.
To refuel afterward, I had half of a tuna fish/egg white sandwich on whole grain bread.
– 1 apple
– 1 tsp. cinnamon
– 1 cup skim milk
– Chocolate Shakeology
1. Cut the apple up and sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Microwave for two minutes to soften.
It was a really tasty shake. Right now, it’s all about Fall food and drinks, so here is another one to add to your list.
Currently, I am sipping another Fall favorite – Shock Top Pumpkin Wheat,
relaxing, and waiting for my shows later – The Middle & Modern Family. I’m so excited that all the new shows are starting back up as well as new seasons of old shows.
This day off went too fast. Back to work tomorrow and Friday with a terrible shift – 12:00 to 8:30pm – I am dreading it.
