I’m so happy this work day is almost over – that means we are back to mid-week tomorrow! I have plans to go to my cottage this weekend with my family, Eric, and a group of our friends, so I can’t wait for Friday to get here. Fingers crossed for good weather.
Anyway, for lunch yesterday, I brought leftover pasta salad, which I made with – 1/2 whole grain and 1/2 regular pasta, cauliflower, chick peas, tomato, cucumber, colby-jack, and a Caesar dressing. Along side, I also tried a new Greek yogurt – but it can’t compare to Fage.
The cleanse will last for 3 days and basically consists of three shakes a day, fruit in between, and salad with restrictions for dinner. So breakfast was a shake and around 11:30 I had pineapple. Before I left this morning I weighed myself so I can see if I lose anything during the next couple of days. I will keep you posted on my results!
Lunch was obviously another shake along with my current reading material.
I can have another piece of fruit before dinner – so, I plan to eat it at 3:30 to help hold me through my workout. I have a HIIT planned as well as some abs. I will do a ‘Turbo Talk’ tomorrow and update you on what workouts I have done the last few days!!
