I started my day with a shake – per usual. Today, I added in strawberries instead of banana and liked it even better – if that’s possible.

Since I started in January, that’s a total of 8.25 inches lost as well as 10 pounds, which I am maintaining!!
I can’t say enough how much I love Turbo Fire and how happy I am with my results. In January, when I started, I didn’t have a ton to lose but the weight I did have to lose, wouldn’t budge – I had hit a plateau with my usual workout routine. Turbo Fire changed that for me and I finally saw the numbers on the scale lowering. I took a picture of the scale the first day I saw results just to remind myself of my goals and that if you work hard – results will show. I still have that picture and it’s crazy to think I weigh even less now, than I did the day I took it. So now what?
As I move forward, my goals include:
Toning up – I miss having muscles – grant it, they were small, but they were still visible. I let weight training fall to the back burner while I was doing TF and I need to re-commit myself to getting buff 😉 haha!
Turbo Fire Advanced – This weekend I am ordering the advanced DVD set as well as the weighted gloves to make the workouts more challenging. After 4 months, I still sweat like crazy but I want to go harder.
Trying other Beachbody products – As a coach, when someone inquires about a program, (p90x, Insanity , Asylum, etc.) I want to at least have a little bit experience with each one so I can inform them – which is why I am going to add those into my workouts when possible.
Shakeology – I have invested in my health and on a typical day, you will see this included in my daily eats! I am also planning to do the 3-day cleanse next week so I can fill you in how that works for me. Right now I can tell you, that my sister, Ashley, did it and lost 6.6 pounds! She rocks!
Last night, I did, CardioX, which is from the p90x series. While it’s not what I’m use to with Turbo, I must say it definitely challenged new muscles. I am so sore today – and that’s such a great feeling knowing that I pushed myself to a new level!
I am very excited for what the next chapter holds – coaching, new fitness challenges, meeting new people, and blogging about all of my experiences!!!
