When I got off work yesterday I wanted a snack, so I made half of a banana with almond butter and cinnamon.
Dinner was so good! Such a light pasta – perfect for Spring! I was inspired by Jenna’s Meyer Lemon Spaghetti with Asparagus and I actually don’t know exactly what went down during cooking because Ashley and I were running late, so my mom whipped the pasta up and she did so, perfectly – it was delish.
-1/2 c. oats
-3/4-1 c. almond milk
-splash of chocolate soy milk
-2 T. chocolate protein powder (I use SunWarrior Rice Protein)
-1 tsp. almond butter
-1 T. shredded coconut
-1 tsp. flax
Just combine the above ingredients and let them soak overnight and eat them cold in the morning. This recipe is killer.
